Chips made from breadfruit, cassava, and banana are a leading product of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that represent local economic potential in Desa Bogor. This community service activity presents a case study of a chip producer in Dusun Sukadamai, Desa Bogor, who has run the business for more than five years but still faces limitations in financial management, marketing, and product packaging. The activity aims to assist the business actor in developing more structured business management. The method used was a case study with a participatory action research approach through field observation, a pretest, intensive assistance on five topics (financial management, capital-cash separation, digital marketing, packaging-branding, and production cost calculation), and a posttest. The results show varied outcomes: the production cost calculation aspect improved, financial recording and business legality remained relatively stable, while capital-cash separation, digital marketing, and packaging-branding actually declined at the final measurement compared to the initial one, likely related to a response-shift in self-assessment standards after the assistance. These findings are important as a basis for evaluating the assistance method and affirm the need to expand the number of respondents in follow-up community service activities so the results can be generalized more adequately.
