The high interest of Indonesian society in consuming snacks encourages the development of food products that are nutritious, healthy, and have economic value. Tomatoes, cengkir mangoes, and pumpkin are agricultural products that contain various nutrients and have great potential to be processed into innovative food products. One form of such innovation is the production of dodol made from tomatoes, cengkir mangoes, and pumpkin. This community service activity aims to improve the skills and creativity of the members of the Srikandi Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Karanglayung Village in processing agricultural products into value-added food products, while also utilizing local agricultural produce to increase its economic value. The method used in this activity was a participatory approach through socialization, training, hands-on processing practices, and product packaging. The activity was carried out with the members of KWT Srikandi Karanglayung in Karanglayung Village. The products developed included tomato dodol, cengkir mango dodol, and pumpkin dodol. The activity received enthusiastic participation and positive responses from the members of KWT Srikandi Karanglayung. Through this activity, the community gained new knowledge and skills in processing agricultural products into innovative food products. It is expected that this activity can increase the added value of local agricultural products and support the development of productive community-based businesses in Karanglayung Village.
