The article examines the religious dynamics of Generation Z adolescents through historical, digital cultural, and psychological perspectives. The shifting patterns of religiosity among this generation are influenced not only by advancements in digital technology but also by broader cultural transformations that strengthen individuality, personal spiritual experiences, and new modes of accessing religious knowledge. From a historical perspective, Generation Z’s religiosity is understood as both a continuation and an evolution of the religious patterns observed in previous generations. Culturally, digitalization creates a new ecosystem that introduces alternative religious authorities, expands spaces for religious learning, and opens opportunities for more personalized interpretations. Meanwhile, from a psychological standpoint, the needs for identity, meaning, and emotional well-being play significant roles in shaping Gen Z’s religious orientation. The article concludes that Gen Z’s religiosity is hybrid, dynamic, and highly contextual, influenced by technological developments as well as the psychological needs of contemporary adolescents.
